One of the biggest challenges for people with Hashimoto’s is food especially when we are celebrating a holiday. What are you doing for Memorial Day? Going to a party where everything revolves around friends, family and food? Going to a Memorial weekend fair? It’s so easy to live in the moment and have huge regrets later. We all do this.
We can learn to go prepared. Pack a small cooler with snacks like an avocado dip or tapenade and aip crackers, fruit, some veggies, a lemon rosemary chicken breast and lemon pie date balls. Yum. Just think how you’ll feel tomorrow!
