Roasted Delicata Squash with coconut oil. Yum.
My husband thinks it tastes like french fries. I can’t get enough of it and it’s so easy to make.
Cut it up, leave the peel on, add two tablespoons melted coconut oil, mix, put on a cookie sheet bake at 350 for 15 minutes, flip the pieces over and bake for another 15 minutes.
